Privacy Policy

Who we are

Bloxy Studio is a web tool at bloxystudio.dondev.id that lets creators publish their videos to their own TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts. It is operated by Muhammad Romadhon, based in Indonesia ("we").

By using Bloxy Studio, you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address.
• Content you add: video files, cover images, captions, titles and descriptions, and the privacy settings you choose.
• Platform data: the account details and access tokens described in the next section.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and logs of requests and errors, used to run and secure the service.
• Messages: what you send us, such as an access request or support email.

Data from TikTok, Instagram and YouTube

We access these platforms only after you connect an account and approve the access shown on the platform's own consent screen. We never see your platform passwords.

We also store the access and refresh tokens each platform issues, and the ID and status of each post, so we can carry out your request and show you the result. We don't access your messages, comments, followers' personal data or passwords.

YouTube API Services

Bloxy Studio uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to data Google handles.

Google API Services

Bloxy Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

TikTok and Instagram

TikTok handles your data under the TikTok Privacy Policy. Instagram and Meta handle it under the Instagram Privacy Policy.

How we use data

• To connect your accounts and publish what you ask us to publish.
• To show post status and help when something fails.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix errors.
• To reply to you and send essential notices about the service.

We use platform data only to provide or improve the features you can see in Bloxy Studio. We do not:

• sell your data, or pass it to data brokers;
• use it for advertising, including targeted or personalized ads;
• use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending;
• use it, or let anyone else use it, to train general AI or machine-learning models;
• post anything you haven't reviewed and approved.

Bloxy Studio does not show third-party ads or third-party content.

Who we share data with

• The platforms you choose: when you press Publish, your video and post details go to those platforms.
• Service providers: hosting, storage and email providers that process data for us under contract, only to run Bloxy Studio.
• Legal reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect people's safety or our rights.
• A business transfer: if Bloxy Studio is sold or merged, with notice to you first.

Our providers may process data outside Indonesia. When they do, we take the safeguards the applicable law requires.

How long we keep data

Videos already published stay on the platform until you remove them there. Deleting them from Bloxy Studio doesn't remove them from TikTok, Instagram or YouTube.

Disconnect an account or delete your data

Disconnect in Bloxy Studio

Open your connected accounts and choose Disconnect. We revoke the token right away and delete that account's stored data within 7 days.

Remove access on the platform

• Google and YouTube: revoke access on the Google security settings page. We delete the related data as soon as possible, and within 30 days.
• TikTok: in the TikTok app, go to Settings and privacy, then the security or permissions section, and remove Bloxy Studio from your connected apps.
• Instagram: in your Instagram settings, open the section for apps and websites, then remove Bloxy Studio.

Menu names on TikTok and Instagram can change. We also delete data when we find that a token no longer works and can't be refreshed.

Ask us to delete your data

1. Email hello@dondev.id with the subject "Delete my data", from the email on your Bloxy Studio account if you have one.
2. Tell us which TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account the request covers, so we can find your data.
3. We delete your data as soon as possible and within 7 days, and confirm by email. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, and we'll tell you if so.

Cookies and similar technology

The Bloxy Studio app places a cookie or similar technology on your device or browser to keep you signed in and protect your session. These are needed for the service to work. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but you won't be able to stay signed in without them.

The public pages of this website set no cookies. Our hosting provider may log your IP address and browser details when you visit, as described above.

How we protect data

We send data over encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypt access and refresh tokens when stored, limit who can reach production systems, and keep tokens out of your browser and our logs. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach affects your data, we'll notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, copy or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) and other laws that may apply to you, you may also have the right to complain to the relevant authority. To use these rights, contact us below.

Age limit

Bloxy Studio is for people aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and we'll delete it if we learn we have.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page and its effective date when this policy changes. If a change affects how we use your data, including Google user data, we'll notify you before it takes effect, and ask for your consent where required.
